Crash report.

Hello,

So I've encountered a crash, and here I am to report it.

It happens after I click the "Next" button, right after the victory screen of the Djebel Berda map.

I'm playing with the 1.1.4 beta.

I have also another issue in the same campaign, the groups icons in the "Soldiers" tab don't appear anymore.

Is this repeatable from a savegame? If so could you please post the save for the team to look at.

Thanks Shadow. I was able to reproduce the problem and we'll get the fix in the next update.

In the meantime here is a fixed saved game.

Hi, I've been greatly enjoying the game but recently had this same error. Does that mean I cannot continue the campaign I am playing?

I have attached the saved game in case it can be salvaged.

mrob1169 -- the update to address this issue should be out 'soon.' You should be able to continue the game after that.

Any idea when the next update will arrive? Also, if I start over with a new campaign am I likely to encounter the same crash loading a saved game at some point?

The beta version is live on Steam right now. Once it has had some testing it will be released across all platforms.

I installed the 1.1.6 beta and the game throws an unhandled exception when I try to load my saved game. Normally I would include a screen capture but I was not able to do that when the error message box was displayed.

A screen capture of the crash message isn't necessary if you are able to send the error log to us. You can of course also attach the error log specifically to a post.

Documents/My Games/CloseCombatTheBloodyFirst and is error.log (for the last run) or datestamped error logs for prior crashes.

Have been trying to report crashes here, but each time I try I get this message:

You are not allowed to post links, emails or phone numbers for 7 days from the date of your tenth post.

Yes, I have been selecting "Yes" when prompted for permission to send the error log. I did it again just a minute ago. I answered "Yes" when prompted and I have attached the latest log file to this post.
