How can I set vehicle crews icons?

I want add these icons but I do not know if there is data and the image from it.
They are ig_unit_0 for nation 0, index ig_unit_100 for nation 1, index ig_unit_200 for nation 2, etc. I will look at changing how they're assigned so it's easier to mod, but for now that's where they live.
