Dear all.

Bought and downloaded DW last Friday. Since the game crashed at start I wanted to create a message in the support center of the members club and tried to register the game.
Doesn't work - the system comes back with the message "Key already used"
I have created a related message in the support center but nobody has been looking at it (as far as I can see).

Has this happened to anybody in this forum before?

Case closed.
Support told me that the number was automatically assigned to a member account I created some years ago and wasn't aware of anymore.
