Invalid Serial Number after not using for a long time

I don't know how long I had DW and as I wished to try it again, but I tried to reload DW and using the Serial number I had registered with the Matrix site, I get an invalid serial number error.
My username is the same as my handle here if you wish to check it.
What else do you need from me to help solve this? Thank you!

There is.
- A serial number for the base game
- A serial number for return of the shakturi
- A serial number for Legends
- A serial number for Shadows
- A serial number for Universe
And they each work for their own version. So maybe you have a Legends serial number and try to run Universe, or similar?

Tried to load and run just plain vanilla DW. What I had a serial number for.
