Looking for experienced soviet opponent

I am looking for a soviet opponent. I have played a few campaigns and would consider myself experienced but not super good.
Rules (tbd): 1.12; better CV; full FOW; either soviet +1 or full blizzard; non-random weather;
House rules we can discuss, maybe sth. like: no "super lvov"; no ground or airbase bombing after T1; no paradrop behind the lines
I am not super fast, so 1 turn per week, maybe more later on. I would like to get started this week.
