Please tell me, when creating your own scenario, is it possible to return the cost of withdrawal, in administrative points, as in the old versions of the game, of the air defense regiments from the city to the high command? So that the price of this event for Germany and the USSR would be the same as for Romanians, 10 administrative points?
Is there a possibility to allow Germany again, if desired, to disband air bases with reconnaissance aircraft subordinate to the headquarters of the field armies on its own?
