Air HQ Question(s)

If I create Wings/Group HQs under an Air HQ like the example below:

+--> 1842 - 8th US Air Force HQ
|
+--> xxxx - 1st Bombardment Wing HQ
+--> xxxx - 2nd Bombardment Wing HQ

My questions are:

1. Will each Air Wing HQ be allowed their own Air Directives?
2. Would I be able to transfer the Wing from one Air Force to another or are theystatic once created?
3. I understand from another thread here that fighters in a fighter wing wouldn't escort bombers in a bomber wing so in order to get fighter escort I'd have to have fighters assigned to the bomber wing?

1. Yes.
2. No transfer is allowed - they are fixed.
3. Yes that is correct or set the AD in the 8th USAAF which can use the aircraft in the subordinate HQs.
