I've spent 3 days entering in leaders in my scenario and when I opened the file today to enter in the last 25 or so they ALL are gone.

What is going on? Is there a special way to enter in new leaders where they will stay?

Have you embedded the data?

You either have to edit generic leader data, leaders will be available in all campaigns/scenarios, or you would have to lock generic data for your scenario, leaders will be available only in this scenario.
