First turn of a PBEM with Deluxe 1.071, playing Germans, I have no supplies at all to attack Poland.
Strangely enough playing vs the AI, I have supply trucks.

Anyone else has this problem?

In fact, Germany has no supplies at all. I will try to reinstall to see if this is clearing the problem.

The problem only appears during PBEM. I’ll figure out the issue after family is done visiting.

Saw the same issue during PBEM game; only neutral countries had supplies at start.

At the moment to sound like Captain Obvious 1.070 is still available to download and play PBEM with. If you are a solo player, then the PBEM issue in 1.071 will not affect you.

Of course, 1.07 works fine.

Using 1.07, I have tried a strategy where both Japan and Germany are attacking USSR at the same time. Also, I did not win or lose yet (the game is still ongoing), I see 1.071 is adressing some balance issues here.

Honestly, I did try this strategy because I have seen the Red Army units are unsupplied in Vladivostok. And this was an easy kill. If, by default, you are considering putting 2-3 supply trucks in Vladivostok, I would have never tried this. After all, Khalkhin Gol was a defeat for the Japanese.

Since you are working to solve PBEM on 1.071 version, perhaps something to consider in parallel.

Thanks

That really is up to the Soviet player. They can at any time send a point or two of supply there.

Down the road, in future updates, if the Soviets need a bit more, I can add more supply. But keep in mind that each supply I add is the same as giving them an extra production point. I'm striving to find a perfect balance. Now if among equal players the Axis have the most wins then giving the Soviets more starting supply would be the easiest of balance changes to apply.
