Standard axis opening; no casualties, but Hungary fails to move Pro-Axis.

Nothing worth reporting except Russia invaded Romania, leaving Allied WR near zero and pushing Yugo, Bulgaria and Hungary into the Axis camp. Greece seems to be their next target in Winter 1940. France is still alive

In Fall 1940 Barbarossa was launched, with Russia being pushed back towards the Ural by mid-1941. Italy is still neutral and Japan has not joined in the touble team either so this game still has a lot of unknowns as far as Axis strategy (and any Allied answers) goes.
