How about some pop-up explanations?

I have no clue what a Medic unit does. Should it be adjacent to other units? Does it heal them? How about the little question mark icon next to a unit display actually show a bit more info on what a unit does? How close it needs to be to do it? Etc...

if it's not in the menu, or in the tutorial, it's in a popup if you have them turned on in the starting menu, called tutorials in a tick box
