I've bought "Order Battles:US Marines" in Matrix store. I've generated my Steam Key and it was ok when I've registered it on Steam. In Multiplayer, I had no problem to log in. But I had a bug with the "check for new download content" box. Then, I've uninstalled the game.
I've installed the game again on Steam, and I have no problem with the "check for new download content" box.
But when I try to log in Multiplayer PBEM++ Online with my login name and my password, I've a message: "Connection Error: This serial number is not registered to your account".
(I've posted the same message on Steam Forum).
Thank you to find why it doesn't work. I've many other Matrix/Slitherine wargames on Steam and I've not this problem.

Just open a tech support ticket or contact http://www.matrixgames.com/support/ with your order details (order reference number or/and email address used when placed the order) and they will advice or give higher level help as it's a serial number issue, and they maybe able to offer more or better advice, tried to post this on your first post at Slitherine, but when i tried, the post had been deleted

Thank you very much. I've opened a tech support ticket.
I've deleted the post at Slitherine because I've bought this product in Matrix Store. Sorry to have disturbed you.
