The Store rejected my serial number from my Pike and Shot disc as a discount code. The purchase would not proceed.
Please Advise

Be sure that the serial number string you cut and pasted does not have a space at either end.

Maybe you are not reading correctly the printed code on the disc.
Login in your Matrix members account and check your Pike & Shot serial number.
I have just checked the serial number registered in your account, and I can confirm that it's working as a valid discount coupon.
