I have purchased Sow QB today and downloaded it. In trying to install, installer program asks for Serial Number. I printed my order which listed "Licence Keys" SWQB-followed by 12 digits separated by - for each 4 digits. Installer said this was invalid. I tried my order # and this was invalid. I tried my invoice#, a different number from my order # and this was invalid.

My original SowWL game disk has a serial number listed, 16 digits separated into 4 digits by -. I can find no serial number listed anywhere on the 2 documents I printed relating to my order.

Does anyone know where the serial number may be for just a download? I have posted a request on the Matrix help form, but they have not yet responded to my request from February, so I have little hope that they will respond to this anytime soon!

just login and all your registered / bought serial number will be there, sometimes if it doesn't work when copy pasting a serial number, try typing it in, this way you may not take over an extra space etc, good luck
