You need to mark versions and dates on these documents.

Opening and reading the document gives no indication of the document's version and date.

So the first place I instantly go to read is the logistics section 4.5.1 (101) and this is what it says:

Truck Logistical Movement costs 12 Action Points (AP) per Dirt Road
Hex so with the 50 Truck Action Points generated by the Transport Hub I
Asset that means the 400 Truck Logistical Points it generated can be spread
out at full-force over 4 Dirt Road Hexes.

Is this correct? I thought truck movement cost 10 AP per dirt road hex. Did this change??? Because I thought it used to be 12 AP and then got changed to 10 AP.

I was having a look through the manual for information on the yellow border text in the Traffic dialog and in the Inial Points display but couldn't find it (I've forgotten what it is for).

Correct--the Krellan Commander box art. With my signature, it's the joke alter-ego I use for Distant Worlds 1/2 beta testing.

Someone in this forum is working on the Star Fleet series reboot as well. I'll let them identify themselves if they wish as they contacted me via PM.

As my first 4X was Santa Paravia en Fiumaccio (and Hamurabi), hand copied into basic, my gaming goes back a few years now.

Can't open the file ... i cleared cache and refreshed several times but it says :

It's definitely a must. Have a version of the manual on my HD but can't find a way to see if it's the latest version.
