Manual update for Shadow Empire

Howdy,
There is a lot of trouble to obtain the latest update. Using the game's update program i find an error code, unable to download.
If i try the Matrix site i have a windows safety warning.
I guess for now i keep it with the Steam Version.

Hi Chris,
This sounds like it could potentially be an anti virus or windows defender reading the download as a false positive and flagging it?
Could you try the following
Public download and see if that works for you.
If the issue persists you can contact our tech support team who can help further.

The link is missing an 'L' in the file name. Copy and paste the file link in a browser and download it after correcting the spelling error. You'll see where it needs to go...I mean, if you can spell, which I assume you do.

the public download works just fine. thank you very much. it is indeed windows defender, a value i try to take seriously.

Is this still broken? Apparently the ftp server is still not finding this, had to send someone a direct link to the file on our Discord

Nope, it's not broken.
However people might experience issues when downloading with MS Edge.
