Bug or am I not understanding something properly? Final weight in design log shows 1872 for an engine rated at 2400.

The larger ground vehicle types have an innate movement penalty. The modifier from engine power is then added on top of that.

That could be precisely what is going on then. Is this documented anywhere? Do you know what the penalty is? 35% perhaps? That would make everything seem about right.

It is not documented as far as I know, and I don't know the exact penalty for each unit.

I have reported that as a bug already, what happens its than the bigger the size (medium, heavy, monitor and so on) they ALWAYS get a minimum movement penalty.

it is indeed working as intended.

If size = 6 Or size = 7 Then moveRedux -= 10
If size = 8 Or size = 9 Then moveRedux -= 20
If size = 10 Or size > 10 Then moveRedux -= 30

made note to add this to future manual revision.
