Midcore/easier logistics

My troops havn't moved much recently, seem well supplied, lots of food available, they seem to have enough food, but it says they are all hungry

Working as intended. Your troops are not well supplied. They are requesting more items than your logistical network can handle. Check the actual tanks (especially) at your South East front and the supply layers to see what was used.

Note also that the SHQ can show you an overview of logistical usage by clicking on its icon in the bottom tab and then going to the fuel drum icon sub tab. You can see there SHQ > Unit is maxed out (using all alloted logistical points up to that step 1920+1920 = 3840)
