With the new patch my download says I am on the current version (1.14) but when I try and go to multiplayer it says I am not using the current 1.14 patch.

Where is it located so I can manually download it to update my SC WW1 game?

If you navigate to this page, e.g. your 'My Page' it should show you all your installed Matrix games, as well as links for the various 'File Downloads'
