Is there a new Patch out?

Is there a new Patch out. I have just tried to login to PBEM and get the message "UpGrade to latest version" I have clicked on check for latest patches and get the Message "You have the most upto Date Version installed"

No new patch at the moment. Matrix needs to find a way get rid of that misleading upgrade to the latest version message unless there actually is a latest version. Or at least re-word it somehow.
