Hi,
Haven't played this game for some time. Fired it up recently and played as Japan, I disabled nukes, build limits, date end etc and set out to conquer the world.
Thanks to my tactical and strategic genius I was in the the process of doing just that.
However, despite the fact I disabled 'end date', the game still ends in November 1945 with an axis victory.
WTF? I was on the verge of taking Gibraltar and changing the British diet to noodles and sunday roast dolphin.
Why doesn't disabling 'end date' work any more. It used to work fine.

Do you have a saved turn from before the game ended that I could take a look at?

Just looking at the code, did you possibly receive a DECISIVE VICTORY? Which would have occurred before the campaign end date, e.g. if playing the version that ends in 1947?

This is possible even if the disable end date is enabled, as it means you've won before the end date.

In order to not 'win' before the end date, you'd have to also disable the VICTORY conditions.

Yes, I realised after posting that it might be the victory conditions because I forgot them before starting the game.

Is there a way to change the victory conditions after the game has started/ended?

Yes, if it is versus the AI, you can go into the OPTIONS->ADVANCED->SCRIPTS screen and just disable the applicable VICTORY conditions at any time.
