As Allies in a MP game, I went with the decision to captur Narvik and it actually worked out for me. But I am unsure what to do next. I kept the 2 SF units in Narvik for now, and the Germany Oslo corps initially showed up but then probably went back. Not sure if GE sent reinforcements to Norway, but they didn't show up by March 1941.

With Barbarossa looming, I am not sure what would be the best play here, I see 3 options:

1. Launch an attempt to capture Olso by the sea as soon as Germany attacks the USSR (assuming the Luftwaffe will be in the East)?
2. Reinforce Murmansk/outflank the Fins at Petsamo? Maybe leave a GAR in Narvik.
3. Capture Tromso and Bergen first, drawing Germans into a fight in the mountains and distract them from the East?
4. Try my luck with amphibious operations at the German or Dutch North Sea coast if his defences are light?

1. What is the status of Finland diplomacy?
2. How goes the war in north Africa?
3. Have you lost any bits?
4. Has Germany lost any units?
5. Did ger go after Malta?
6. When did France surrender?

1. Finland is 9% axis only as the Franco-Brit expedition was successful.
2. At original borders, no fighting yet. I’m waiting and building defences.

5. Malta is still mine, he hasn’t attempted anything. Greece os also neutral.

My big issue is SU mob is at 15% only

This post may be a little late to provide much assistance, but here goes anyway: I've always used Narvik as the linchpin to conquer Scandinavia. With the two SF units in hand, invest in one of the less expensive UK HQs and, when it becomes available, ship the Canadian armored and UK HQ units to Narvik. Once those units arrive you should have sufficient strength and supply to begin moving south, taking one town after another. If the PBEM opponent or AI decides to contest, fine. That will distract the Wehrmacht . . . a little air power wouldn't hurt. Meanwhile, invest in Swedish diplomacy, as heavily as affordable. Having Sweden join the Allies just further compounds the issue for Germany and offers immediate opportunity to invade Finland (if it has sided with the Axis). Reinforce and upgrade the Swedish navy and you can create chaos for the Germans. The next obvious target is Copenhagen. Best of luck with your campaign.
