Hungarian and Romanian animosity

Imposing some kind of penalty for having units of these two nationalities adjacent to each other would be a nice touch.

One of the functions of the Italian expeditionary force was to have a body of troops from a different nationality to interpose between the two.

Perhaps applying some kind of combat malus to Hungarian and Romanian units that end their turn closer than three hexes to each other?

Just make sure that players are warned about it (a pop-up the first time it happens?) and that it's easy to prevent.

I do that when I play, the Romanians and Hungarians always have either the German 11th Army or the Italian 8th Army in between them. I don't know if that should be something that is hard coded in a game like this. It could turn out to be another unnecessary annoyance, like surprise attacks and intelligence report pop-ups [;)]

I rule this also in the game: who makes trouble, finds itself in the first row of the front! [:D]
In seriously, too many little things can overload a game sometimes. We already had the entitled discussions about the the Warsaw ghetto uprising.
