How to Find Serial Number

I am trying to get a Steam Key for Strategic Command: Europe at War. I purchased from Matrix several months (maybe more than a several) ago. I was probably under a different username and password at that time. Anyway
I have logged in to the Matrix/Slitherine Members area and cannot find a serial number there. How can I find the serial number so I can get a Steam Key for this game? Is the serial number anywhere in the game itself?

once found, try and see if you can register it, if you can't, you won't be able to get a key if you have registered it already under another name, only option left open to you then is try and remember that other login, or try support
