This has been asked for before, but the basic mechanism is already present (in terms of HQ-to-regular unit attachments). Just too much of a random roll of the dice in terms of which HQ gets the boost you want, the one leading your spearhead towards a vital objective, or the one hanging around in some dead-end cul-de-sac somewhere. yes please. there are several spots where it always goes wrong

I can add it to the list, just would not know, being honest here, if or when it might ever get implemented.
