Installed ToTH and Kursk.
Screen for tutorial1 below
1. German troops do not spawn.
2. game failure

I'll help you get it right here. I see you are playing Human vs Human. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen by using down arrow or mouse and you'll see the German forces. The German forces won't appear until Pre-Game Setup Segment so if you haven't proceeded over there click on the red dot on the top right or press spacebar.

OK, I was trying to use the mouse to move but no joy. The arrow keys worked. So on my way with the tutorial.
