Missing SL scenarios...where can they be found?

I'm enjoying playing the TotH re-creations of the original SL scenarios and working my way down the list - so thank you to everyone who took the time to do this on my behalf and all the other SL enthusiasts out there! /salute

That said, are the following out there somewhere?
- SL 8 - The Bitche Salient
- SL 9 - The Cannes Strongpoint
- SL 11 - The St. Goar Assault

I don't think "The St. Goar Assault" is out there that I could find.

It was one of my favorite SL scenarios!!
