That is sad news indeed. I played a short game with him a couple of years ago. He was a good, solid guy. RIP my friend.

Never new him but the kind condolences here say as much about this community as to the man himself. I'm sure he would have liked that.

Sorry to hear this, i didnt even know him. Also sorry for the late reply.

I think i do remember, didnt he had a avatar of Maggie Grace on his profile? I do remember him mention something when i was trying to setup a PBEM game in the past.

I played a game with him around 2017. He was probably the best MP opponent I have ever played in any game, and even while he was kicking my butt he encouraged me as a relatively new WiTPAE player, and offered me tons of advice.

From my, in the grand scheme of things, relatively brief interaction with him I concur with what others have said here. He was a true gentlemen, and a kind human being. Gods' speed; and wherever you are, I hope you have every game you want to play and worthy opponents.
Playing at war is a far better vocation than making people fight in them.
