99% der Leute können nicht diese Flugzeuge des Zweiten Weltkrieges anhand eines Bildes erraten. Kannst du es?

42 von 48!

(well I did not know 4 of the planes and twice made stupid mistakes, so only got the 42 from 48 score)

Do the whole thing, later come some more difficult ones... I also thought easy for the 1st half. [;)]

Well if one pays attention, you are right Dili, a bit too easy for experts in fora like that [;)]

43/48. I had to guess on the smaller nation planes. Got most of my guesses right, but still missed 5.

Although I admit some of those were "multiple guess" questions that I wouldn't have got were it fill-in-the-blank.

Yay - 48 / 48.

The multiple choice option made it possible.

46 of 48. Surprised by the lack of Ruskie planes on the list.

Many images are really of bad quality, have some strange crops or are lousy CGI images.
There's actually a major fauxpax in the later series images, what they claim to be a Do 217 is actually the older Do 17. The 217 is a fair amount larger although overall appearance is similar.

44 out of 48, two of those I got wrong I've never seen and the other two the photos were not the best.[;)]

Most of you seem to be good enough to qualify as plane experts [:)]

Btw. the aircraft descriptions are actually not that bad, compared to others on mainstream sites.

However there is also a quiz about WW2 and I found at least 3 "correct" answers there a bit questionable...

One being the end of ww2 , they say it is may 45. but this was only the end of the european war. (DISREGARD, I was wrong they actually name both dates!)
2nd being most casualities (overall not only soldiers), they say it was the USSR, but was it not China?
3rd being the hardest battle of the US, they say it was the Ardennes, but was it not some pacific actions or even Hurtgenwald?

Edit, a 4th may be, which famous US leader did lead the troops in the ardennes and in france, their answer is Patton, but he only commanded an army (right?). Even Bradley would be more correct as he commanded an army group, but it would be Eisenhower right?

Got 47 out of 48 but I'll say that the 3 choice multiple guess was a help too.

some were too easy, they caught me on the minor powers aircraft,

otherwise, by simple "roundel" deduction you can get most of all

43/48 first try.

Some were incredibly easy, some were really hard, and some just required process of elimination (IE I know its not this or this, so it has to be that).

47/48 here. Some of those obscure Eastern European planes are a bit tough.
