How do I import/export the .png files.

If using Windows, try in Documents/My Games/WarPlan/Campaigns/Europe 1939 folder. That's also where the terrain, units, logistic and other .png files live. You can put custom .png files in any of the scenario folders and I believe they'll override the game's default graphics when that scenario is started.

Even though I have checked the show hidden files and folders, I don't see those files in the said folder.
It is a mystery.
If those files are not there, how come I still have resources in the editor or the game?

C:\Users\...user name....\Documents\My Games\WarPlan\Campaigns\...scenario name...\

Do you have one drive activated?

I have the Europe 1939 in the scenario folder.
What is the meaning of "one drive activated"?
I have C: and D: drives.

One Drive is Microsoft's cloud drive. Some PCs have it on, others do not. It can interfere with things.

Did you read the modding manual where to put the images?

I think the question Hotec is asking is where are the 'vanilla' graphic files?
When you go into a campaign folder via mygames..... there's a bunch of .txt files, but no .png s
Hotect, placing .pngs into a campaign folder and modifying those, will override the default graphics.
The files are available from the forum, you can then change the files as you see fit.
