Looking for allies opponent

What I offer and what I want:
- A game that doesn't end prematurely.
- I'll be an axis player that doesn't surrender the moment the war turns against me. (If it does. If it doesn't, you should play on bravely to the end, and not phone in your rounds either. And "the end" doesn't have to mean literally to the end, but it is normal in many PBEM games that once it's 99% certain who will win, then the match is forfeited.)
- I'm fairly new to the game but it's not very complicated and I've played many strategy games before.
- I'm always sportsmanlike and you have to be, too.
