how to modify beach location in scenario editor?

for the life of me I am not finding it, can someone please point in to where i set it in the map editor?

To make a tile a beach
Tile -> select any tile
Lower left you will see a hex set of small boxes (toggles) that are tan, green, and blue. Some will have "+" (on) some will not (off) There will also be a GRAY SQUARE (should turn all tan off) and a GRAY FILL SQUARE (all TAN ON)
A beach is a tile that has the BLUE ON, GREEN OFF, and have any of the TAN side connectors ON
A land tile has the GREEN ON
An ocean tile only has the BLUE ON and is only tile ZERO
A full land tile is only tile 1
Blizzard block tiles are ones in which rail can't pass through tile 95
canal tile is 79
water tiles for canal edges (not invadable) are 80-85 and they are not invadable ONLY because they have no TAN edges
