When I get a Report that Unit XXX is Low on Supply/oil at hex, y,z …. rather than go hunting for the specific hex …. is there a means / link to click which will take me directly there rather than hunting for the hex in question ?

There's usually a small icon top right when your turn starts, clicking on that will take you to the area. Once you click, its gone never to return.
