SOLVED 4.4.1 Free France in Partisan Table

After establishing Vichy France, there is an entity called Free France in the partisan table. I assume, this is actually meant to be Occupied France, as the respective partisans can only spawn in Occupied France, not? Calling this entity Free France is at least misleading, but more likely outright wrong.
Note: In this game, Free France does not even exist, France is completely conquered.

after Vichy, France no longer exist. does not matter if it was complete or incomplete.
all France areas, not Vichy France controlled are free France controlled.
any territorials, liberated by allies are free France will control it.
any partisans in occupied France are free France controlled
BUT I would agree that occupied France would be a better name.

17.2 Determine control
(...)
Free France must now choose one of its remaining minor countries as its new home nation. If Free France controls no minor countries, she suffers the effect of complete conquest (see 13.7.1) immediately.
If there is no minor, there is no Free France. However, if the game wants to call the partisans Free France, but they work as french partisans, it is ok.

There are 3 possible entities after Vichy.
- Occupied France, North form Vichy, effectively occupied By Axis.
- Vichy France.
- Possibly Free France, if the roll allows a minor to be had as it's capital.
There should not be in the case of angeldust2 game a Free France partisan table since there is no Free France.

there is always a free France, partisans are always free France after France falls
but the partisan geographic location he is taking about is Occupied France

This seems to be wrong, please check my post with quote from MWIF in the previous post above.

That's what I always thought in WIF. But in MWIF it seems to work differently. Maybe it is one of the deviations, which would have come after the Help Information was written.
