In my solo game, I am invading Norway with a number of divisions. Almost all attacks are +21 odds as there is no notional unit. However, 2 of the hexes, Tromso and Trondheim, unexpectedly have notional units. For the life of me, I cannot figure out why... there seems no rhyme or reason.

Included, I have the GAM file for the turn of invasion and a screenie of all the attacks.

If there is a bug, the obvious solution is that the defender will not include the notional... I want to find out if such a bug exists and will change my attacks accordingly if there is no bug, while not including the notionals if there is.

Just read through notionals... did not realize there was a deduction for shore bombardment of invaders.

Sorry for the bother.

Yea. That shore bombardment modifier to the notional is easy to miss. Although, after you have done it once it is somehow harder to miss.

And please, do not consider a bother to ask things in the forum.
