Norway gets conquered by Germany. Norway has a few territories (Spitzbergen, Bear Island, Jan Mayen), and no one has any presence there, so should they not go neutral then? Here they became controlled/conquered by Germany.

Save from the end of turn where Norway got conquered.

I believe that there was something mentioned in the manuals about them (and a couple of other places too) being part of Norway and not territories. But it has been a long time ago that I read those...
