7.0.1 Co-operation bug

According to the rules NatChinese and ComChinese do not co-operate, yet MWIF is allowing me to select both during a land combat. This is forbidden by non co-operating units.

Steps to reproduce
1. Right click Japanese 2nd Mot Corp
2. Select Land Combat -> Attack Hex with All Uncommitted Units

This bug has been there for a while; it snuck in at some point.
I thought I knew how to play this game....
