As per WarHunter's suggestion this mod changes the current look of the Build Point and Saved Oil bitmap files.

Unzip the attached folder and extract somewhere convenient. Back up your current Unit Bitmaps folder just in case. Then place the contents of the attached folder in the Matrix Games\World in Flames\Bitmaps\Unit Bitmaps folder. The 18 files inside basically will be replacing the current Build Point and Saved Oil bitmaps for China, CW, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, USA, USSR, and Vichy.
