Yeah,I know...how many times have game programmers been plagued with this question, over and over again...

I have to ask anyways, my curiosity abounds[&:]...When is this new patch suppose to come out please,if you can answer it?

Secondly...will this patch make it possible to see the game with the integrated video cards, not supported?

Asking such, do is okay, if you're customer: the game was not free and was released.
But there are not so many questions, from all who wait for too long and others who just hope. Some have scorned the devs, often yet before the release..
