if one does not have steam installed, just the game then how can you download mods. Thanks

Not sure if you can find the mods outside of Steam. The modding for this game is limited to unit cards and other minor stuff. The map is fixed and a new GOT map (or any other) cannot be created.

well crap! I was hoping that one could make a GOT mod as this era is perfect for it. If we can't add new maps or change anything except images then in my opinion what is the point in having a editor.
