Had this happen in my game today - race was in fog, 1280x1028res, Epic game. All my orders overlapped so I couldnt choose them all:

This is happening because the initial point where the orders are drawn is the exact spot between the straight and the turn. This is very weird to happen, but I am fixing this immediately, thank you
