I have prussia reapetedly violotaing my land, and i get the option to declare war, which i do. But nothing happens, i dont get war status with prussia, theres no peace turns what i can see.

I have pressed declare war minimum 10 times now, still no war?

Is Prussia tiny? Perhaps they keep surrendering. Do you own their capital?

You're lucky. I get Prussia repeatedly violating my territory and get no option or warning.

I keep an eye on them, and when they move in I check View Relations on the Diplomacy Advisor, and sure enough I find we are now At War. That's probably why nothing happens when you to to Declare War.
