Question about scenario's

This sequel to the award-winning Crown of Glory takes Napoleonic Grand Strategy to a whole new level. This represents a complete overhaul of the original release, including countless improvements and innovations ranging from detailed Naval combat and brigade-level Land combat to an improved AI, unit upgrades, a more detailed Strategic Map and a new simplified Economy option. More historical AND more fun than the original!

Question about scenario's

Post by abarlow17 »

Could someone please explain to me more information on the "choose scenario" (standard campaign). The info I am looking for is in the scenario what date etc.. does it start at (as default). This is before changing the date (which I have done and now my default is set to this new setting).
Thanks

I'm not sure what you're asking. The standard scenario begins in late (October?) 1805. I don't believe you can choose a different default, though I could be wrong about that.

There's a set of deault settings that can be selected for each scenario on the main screen, but it doesn't say what the default values are.

I just looked in the manual and don't see them listed anywhere, either.

I discovered that once you choose a scenario and start the game you can hit F1 and get lots of information about the scenario and the situations that the major powers are in. Its really helpful.
