Can't start game in Windows 7

Can't start game in Windows 7

I can get to the start menu, and also use "Quick Start", but the screen goes haywire and splits the scenario selection window in 2, with the lower quarter on the top of the window.

Is there some switches I need to include, as I have to do with "War in the Pacific, Admiral's Edition"? For that, I have to use this as my command-line: "C:\Matrix Games\War in the Pacific Admiral's Edition\War in the Pacific Admiral Edition.exe" -SingleCpuOrders -cpu2 -multiaudio -skipVideo -wd -px800 -py600 -altFont -r
