Range Damage Modifiers

Hello.

Is there anyway of modifing the Range Damage Modifiers?
For both Division Leve or Brigade-Level?

For example, artillery has a Division Level Modifier of...
Distance: 1 -> 12
Distance: 2 -> 8
Distance: 3 -> 2

How can I mod this?
Is there any modable file to edit?

I have tried to mod the master.txt.
Modding the 0phase, 1phase, 2phase.
But I think these columns are useless according to the modder's guide.

My idea is to increase cavalry fire damage because casualties deal by cavalry is too little.
Another idea is to increase artillery range because I think that it has more range than infantry.

Hello, Forge of Freedom has an txt file named Guns.txt
There you can adjust the "range damage modifiers".
For example, musket has a value of 200% at range 1 and a value of 25% at range 2.
Is there any similar file at CoG that can be moddable?

I have tried to edit boundbox.bin and distbord.bin at Data folder with an hex editor.
But I haven't understand anything.
Are this files moddable?

Is there any game editor for these files?

At appendix manual (pages 55-56) are the range damage modifiers.
There is something contradictory.

At division level:
Infantry: r1:1; r2:0.3; r3:0.15.
Jager: r1:1.2; r2:0.8; r3:0.15

At brigade level:
Infantry: r1:1.2; r2:0.6; r3:0.5; r4:0.24; r5:0.12
Jager: r1:1; r2:0.5; r3:0.25; r4:0.12; r5:0.6.

It seems that brigade level range damage modifiers have been changed.

Another idea is to modify range at division level.
Cavalry: carabines and pistols, range 1.
Infantry: muskets and rifles, range 2.
Artillery: range 3.

And at brigade level too.
Pistols (lancers): range 1.
Cavalry (carabines): range 2.
Infantry (muskets): range 3.
Infantry (rifles): range 4.
Artillery: range 6.

I think that artillery should have better range than muskets and rifles.

Take a look at my master.txt modded file.
Take a look at 0phase, 1phase and 2phase column.
This is what I have in mind.
But I think that these range modifiers are hard coded.
