Has anyone had the problem of after getting the download you get a message that says serial number not long enough use the one from verafication card when you try to play the game. Have been trying for two days to get this game to play. The reason I put out the extra money was to get to play before the hard copy got here. Has anyone had any problem with the unlock code and if you did how did you work it out. I have a serial number but evidently the game doesnt reconize it. Says it is not long enough altho I make sure I put in all the dashes and stuff.

Guys I finally got it to start. Thanks to all who tried to help. I want to especially thank Erik k at matrix for all his time and energy he put into helping me get this resolved. I am now a very happy gamer and really hope I am going to love this game.
