There was an error in the West Local_Strings file.
This was in fact an outdated strings file. It has been fixed in the download in the first post.
You don't have to re-download ......simply use the Local_Strings.ACW from the East scenario.
This is the current Strings file.
Edit: The 2 scenarios are now included in the latest patch.............................
