I realize this forum is dead, but I can't get the AGEOD forum to send me the activation email.

How do you mod leaders in this game? The files are insanely confusing.

I just want to increase McClellan's values from "worst in the game" to "better than McDowell."

You can make these changes using wordpad or notepad.
Files for leaders are in this folder......

<Your drive>:\Program Files\AGEod's American Civil War\ACW\GameData\Models
