Will the patch fix the map graphic for the East Ohio River when in Union control?

I think that some of the changes we made will cause the shading to update properly here -- or at least our beta testers haven't reported anything funny with this in a long time.

I am talking about the fact that the blue dots are missing on the river provence when the Union takes it. When held by the CSA, the red dots are there.

You are missing the blue dots.

You only get the dots in the river when you own the state capital that the river belongs to.

Yes. My point.

When the CSA owns the East Ohio River, there are red dots.

When the Union owns the East Ohio River, there are no blue dots.

Viking: E. Ohio River is part of Virginia not Ohio, so unless the Union has Richmond you won't get any dots.

Until you own the state capital, you don't own the province, you are mearly occupying it.

The dots are the way of showing the difference. In other words it is working as designed (WAD)

That is not true. You can own a river province and receive the dots and not own the capital.

Examples:
1. The Union can own Upper Tenn River and receive the dots, but not own Nashville.
2. The Union can own Arkansas Mississippi River and receive the dots, but not own the capial of Arkansas.
