Hi..I just downloaded Forge of Freedom tonight...I'm mad at myself that I was so stupid as to believe this would be as easy as your company made it sound! Im trying to "extract" the files from my desktop (where I had it downloaded to), but my computer keeps stating that it is having difficulty reading the file...what's the problem?

The corrupt file problem can happen in any download. You should try redownloading the file first.

Unfortunately, that can happen on the internet, particularly if your connection is at all unstable. We recommend trying a free download manager like www.stardownloader.com to minimize such issues. Also, you may want to try a free trial of www.winzip.com if your standard unzipper is slow with large files.

Please let us know if the re-download works for you, you can get that started via www.findmyorder.com.

Regarding Winzip vs. the zip included with XP, I found that Winzip is much faster and more stable than the zip built into Windows. I have zip files so big that the XP zip runs on them for 10 minutes and then ends by crashing my operating system, whereas Winzip can unzip them in <1 minute with no problem.
